Keep me postedOn the last weekend of October, Praia da Baleia celebrates something new. For the first time, the Baleia Wellness Festival brings yoga, breathwork, kitesurfing, regional food and sunset music together at Villa Lagoon, where calm lagoon water meets the open Atlantic.
It is a weekend for athletes and families, for people who love healthy living and for the community of Baleia itself. Ride the trade wind in the afternoon, do yoga in knee-deep water as the day cools down and end around the bonfire with live music.

Praia da Baleia is one of the last authentic stretches of the Ceará coast: about four kilometres of open sand, dunes, lagoons and steady wind, without high-rises or mass tourism. A new four-lane road from Fortaleza now makes it easy to reach, and it lies halfway between Fortaleza and Jericoacoara.

For the VIP areas and extras you need a VIP ticket of R$ 400 (see the VIP page). Every VIP ticket also helps local residents who could not otherwise afford it to enjoy the festival.
