Privacy statement
We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to run the festival and keep you informed.
Who we are
Baleia Wellness Festival, organised together with Villa Lagoon, Praia da Baleia, Itapipoca – CE, Brazil. Contact: rafael@praiadabaleia.com or WhatsApp +55 88 98121-3117.
Programme updates by email
If you sign up for updates we store your email address, your language and the date of sign-up. You first confirm your address by email. We only use it to send festival news, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Festival registration
When you register we store the details you fill in (name, email, WhatsApp number, where you come from, days, number of people, interests and message), so the team can prepare the festival and contact you. If you also send your registration on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that message.
Visitor statistics
We count visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We only see anonymous totals, such as pages viewed, language, device type and where visitors came from.
Retention
We keep sign-ups and registrations until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and at most 24 months after the last festival edition.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with sponsors or other parties. The website and its data are hosted by STRATO in Germany (EU).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing rafael@praiadabaleia.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Brazil the ANPD, in the EU your national authority).
